How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 8 - 12 months ahead for destination weddings both onshore in New Zealand and offshore but the further out you can book, the better your event will be as this gives everyone time to find the perfect venues, caterers and decor for your special day.

For personal events such as milestones, birthdays or celebrations, 3 - 6 months is ideal, however we are happy to accommodate last minute requests if you’ve left it a little late.

For corporate events, 6 to 12 months is also ideal to ensure we can provide the best prices for your business.

What types of personal events do you plan?

You name it we’ve planned it. Birthdays, renewing of vows, engagements, honeymoon holidays, personal events for HNWI’s, baby reveals, weddings, gala awards dinners, corporate retreats (both onshore in New Zealand and offshore), and incentive travel.
